"From the first phone call to the completion of the job, they communicated and kept me informed daily on the bath remodel, flooring and a subfloor replacement in the utility room. Will call again if I need anything else done."

"Asked for a tile shower and got what we wanted and then some. It turned out way more better than we expected. Our whole family enjoys it!! Highly recommended for tile showers as well as home repairs, gutters decking etc."

"I had purchased a LVP flooring and I gave Brian at Floor-It a call and he was able to do an entire house install in just a couple of days! Not only was he quick and efficient, he also gave an incredible price with quality work. He also installed carpet on our stairs. We chose to do carpet instead of LVP because of our dogs and child. Hopefully the floors last forever, but if we ever move or need floors for another reason Brian at Floor-It will be my first call."

"Language barrier, as workers did not speak English. Spots left on hardwood floor from rubber mallet. Floor is beautiful and price beat competition by $1,000."

"Paid cash. -----No definitive schedule initially. First startup delayed due to company ordering the wrong tile. Got the impression the company thought it was my fault until my evidence proved otherwise. Pricing of material not identified, rolled up into activity. To date unknown how much the tile cost, only that I had to pay $88.00 more for upgrade. Had to request additional shoe molding along side sink cabinets in both bathrooms at the end of the project; one would think that would come with the project. Shoe molding and cost did not come into question until I started asking about the possible removal of my base molding. Both bathroom walls were left with technicians' hand print smears. I expected to pay more due to engaging a professional company. Anticipated more transparency and made to feel conflicted in choosing Paul' Tile when I made a request into the company related to quality and pricing of the tile; I only wanted to have some written description of pricing per unit and quality of the tile I selected. Never received any descriptive correspondence on the tile in my bathrooms; only a verbal that the company uses good products and that I got a discount."

"I want to express my utmost satisfaction and appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Pedro in repairing and refinishing my hardwood floors and painting most of the inside of my home. From the initial consultation to the final outcome, this company displayed professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence were truly commendable. Almost every aspect of the process, including the selection of materials, efficient project management, and the exceptional craftsmanship displayed, exceeded my expectations. I would only recommend that you have the color you selected placed on the floor with the top color when choosing your sample so you can get a clear picture of the final color you are choosing. The floor refinishing service has breathed a new look and new life into my hardwood floors, displaying their beauty while flawlessly enhancing their durability. The painting of my house has exceeded my expectations, too. Lastly, I would especially like to commend his staff for their outstanding work ethic, punctuality and courteous demeanor throughout the entire project. Their attention to detail and dedication to ensuring that I was satisfied are truly commendable. I required a lot more than most but Pedro was truly patient and professional the entire time! I canâ t wait for us to paint the outside of my home next spring!"

The quality of the installation was top-notch, and they made sure everything was clean and tidy before they left. I appreciated their clear communication throughout the project. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and skilled flooring work!"
