"The video pipe inspection (which you get on a USB) really educates you on whats the state of your piping, from the mains back into the house. For me, I initially thought we had a back flow issue from the main sewage line, however the video showed it to be tree roots which are accessing the pipe; about 6 feet from the basement wall. They removed what they can of the roots that made it inside the pipe. I would need a plumber to dig it up and fix the root issue further, should I choose to do so."

His worker Troy came to provide an estimate and was very helpful in deciding exactly how we'd bring the water line into the basement. It was great being able to hire one company to do all facets of the job: trenching to the city water connection and all the inside plumbing. <br /> They arranged the day for installation, but a winter storm was predicted for that day. They arranged to come a day earlier to avoid the storm, something I really appreciated. The team of workers came right on time and got to work immediately. <br /> We had city water later that day, and everything was accomplished in a very professional and courteous way. Each of the plumbers working on the Easterday team that day were friendly, helpful, answered my questions, and worked diligently the whole time.
