"Install was simple and took a modest amount of time. Still need to install an outlet in a cabinet to hide the power cord for the keypad. The alarm is loud, but not audible outside the house. Consider an add-on unit if you want to alert the neighbors. Signal range is less than ideal for some window sensors; a repeater (most any 2gig module that is hardwired) of some sort will likely help. Motion sensors are cheap looking and do not inspire confidence. Tech support answered quickly and walked me through a technical question about adding a second keypad to the system. Cellular communications are far superior to ADT system at previous house. I do not like the contract renewal clause."

Also talked to a national competitor but was completely turned off by their "hard-sell" tactics. I got good advice from the Sales Rep, have been treated well every time I call into the office and the alarm tech did a great job with the installation. Highly recommend!"

"I received the system on time, set up was fairly easy. Activation support was superb and in the month since the alarm was activated it has worked flawlessly. I like the fact that I can check, arm and disarm the system remotely. I receive a text very quickly every time the alarm is armed or disarmed. There is a monthly fee of $39.99 and the basic cost of the kit was $99.00, a motion detector, panel, camera equipped motion detector, 4 door alarms, a panic button key fob, stickers and signs."

"Brian did a fantastic and professional job installing a 77" inch TV above the entryway to our family room. It was the most logical and out-of-the-way place in the room to put it, but we couldn't have it obscuring the entryway when not in use. Brian found a robotic mount that allowed us to mount the TV rather unobtrusively high on the wall and descend into the desired viewing position via a remote. It can also be coordinated with our TV remote so that it moves into position when the TV is on. I understand that Amazon's Alexa can be brought into the act as well (haven't tried this). Brian was meticulous and was perfectly capable of handling the job from soup to nuts including minor reframing, all in-wall wiring, sheetrock patching, painting and device programming. On one occasion, he upgraded some mounting bolts from those provided by the manufacturer because he wanted to be absolutely confident in the strength & safety of the install. He left us with a fully functional and... can-I-say "cool" viewing room...very neatly cleaned up. We couldn't recommend LCD Plasma more highly!"
