"Ron Bishop came out to do our work. We had a potting bench that was is disrepair and a shutter that had blown down from a second story window. Ron got right to work and did an incredible job on the bench repair. He did a job in hours that would have taken me weeks and multiple trips to the store. He also made quick work of remounting the shutter. Ron was very knowledgeable, extremely pleasant and a joy to deal with. Also, Mr Handyman’s office did well with scheduling and communication. My only problem is that I was not aware that the part Bill ordered for our storm door was NOT just a small part as I was told but an entire frame for the entire door! What I thought was an easy fix ended up costing me $250. The price for the frame was $75. I feel totally overcharged."

"Alex, the owner of the company was fantastic. He called me right away and was not pressuring me. He asked me to take some photos of the door lock which I sent to them. He figured out what was needed. We set up a time . He called before he came to check that Iâ d be there. It was an old door and lock . He was able to successfully install a new lock . He explained everything he was doing. Asked to check our backdoor to make sure everything was okay. His price was very reasonable. He was friendly, knowledgeable, pleasant, and didnâ t rush. I only wish more specialists that do repairs were even half as good as he. Iâ d recommend him extremely highly. A+++++"

"Regarding the first job to replace the shower door rollers, David called me the night before to confirm what was needed and said he would call me the next morning when he was on his way. He arrived on time and immediately got to work. Because of the design of the shower door assembly, Dave had to remove both doors and since I had already purchased replacement roller wheels, I decided to replace all the roller wheels on both doors. The doors now work perfectly. The second time I called was to fix the casement window in my living room. The lock handle broke off with the window in the locked position. I spoke to Daniel McElreavey to set up an appointment and was told he doesn't do work in Philadelphia, but he had a handyman he works with and would relay my problem to him. He said he was meeting up with the handyman in about 1/2 hour that same day and told me to email him pictures of the window and lock, which I did. I never heard back from either Daniel or the handyman and that is why I gave such a low rating."

"I recently had my house painted on the outside, second floor. W N estimate was the lowest and the most reasonable. We set up a date and W N staff of 3 men came and completed the job which included scraping, priming and painting. A few days later I noticed a very small part which I failed to notify them that I wanted painted. I text Westley and he asked me to send a picture, which I did. He apologized because it was not painted which was unnecessary since it was totally my fault. The very next day his crew arrived and fixed my problem without charging me extra. I was so impressed with this company that I asked for 2 more estimates for my daughter and me. Westley was so professional and wanted only that I was happy with the job. His staff was polite, efficient and cleaned up without leaving a trace. I appreciated the fact that this company got back to me immediately whenever I called. I would recommend this company without any hesitation."
