"Jeff and his team did and excellent job with the installation of two Daikin HVAC units. I had many questions about the units and install and they were quick and thorough in responding. The price and warranty were competitive with high end brands. The crew was courteous and professional during the two day install. They were the only company that included replacement of the coolant lines, rather than just flushing the old ones. So far the Daikin variable speed AC units are exceptionally quiet and the house is very comfortable. Would recommend Ace Home Services and Unique Comfort without reservation."

"Overestimated the time to complete an 9 hr job by scheduling a 16 hr window (2 guys x 8 hrs) and charged for 16 hrs regardless. I'd imagine they did the same for the materials, 60 feet of duct needed but they quoted 200. Got the job done, but probably twice the price of what it should have been."

"D.P. Marlatt was exceptional in all aspects of the process. They reviewed existing system and it's capacity, walking me through all the different factors. We discussed options and the pros and cons of each. Recommendation was a very cost effective solution that was close to what we already had. No overselling or pressure to put in the Cadillac of HVAC systems. Written quote and install time line was promptly provided. The installation took 2 days and the installation team was knowledgeable, friendly and very conscious of keeping the house clean. Drop cloths, always wore booties around the house. The work was done in very high quality, all wires and tubes/pipes, were bundled and run appropriately (nothing dangling or hanging loose). clean-up of the work areas was better than they started. Technician walked me through all the necessary details to maintain the system, where the filter is now, how the humidifier works (same as before) and made sure everything was covered."

"Dan Quigley, the owner, did most of the work. He was very professional, responding in a timely way for estimating and scheduling. He answered my detailed questions ahead of time and did not try to upsell me. While he worked, he did not mind that I hung around and asked even more questions, mostly, I think, because he knows what he is doing and is confident in that. Finally, when it became apparent that video scoping of the drain would not be necessary and when he discovered that one of the 6 drains had been plugged with concrete, so no cleaning was necessary, he knocked a substantial amount off the final bill. All in all, very competent and good work."
