"The technician knew just what to do to open the clogged drain in our old home, including opening the pipe in the basement to properly snake the lower part of the pipe.

"I will definitely be using Clear Water Solution again!! I had called a popular plumbing company in area and not only was I ignored, I was quoted huge bill. CWS showed up, listened and fixed for a fraction of the cost. I also inquired about installing a new water softener in the future. Again, a fraction of other company. Obviously the bill is important but he was knowledgeable, friendly and fast. Highly recommend."

"Great,! Michael did an awesome job. He arrived on time, walked through with me and addressed all my concerns. He gave me an estimate and gave me his professional opinion and was able to fix everything within 2 hrs."

"It is rare today to find as dependable, efficient and honest a group as Fine Painters Inc.  They completed the job on time, exactly to the estimate, and were even able to accommodate extra work within the specified time frame.  They were immediately responsive to any questions or concerns.  They also took great care to clean and put things in order at the end of each day.

I highly recommend them to anyone."

"This is the fourth time I've used Sissi Construction and I have been completely satisfied each time! The estimate, contract, customer service, and even the billing are considerate and very professional. I always get multiple quotes for any home improvement and Sissi Construction has bested competitors by upfront, itemized, and very thorough estimates. I unequivocally recommend this company."

"We were providing this service for our 95 year old Aunt who lives a distance from our home.  We arrived early in order to see that the area was easy to access for the Plumbing service to perform and execute their work.
They arrived on time, efficiently and accurately performed the service.  Help us explain, first hand, how to use the new washer to our elderly Aunt and were extremely courteous.
The work was performed expertly and the cost was very reasonable.  it was a very pleasant experience.
Thank you for the excellent recommendation.

"Everything went exactly as quoted and PK Mech did a wonderful job installing a aesthetically pleasing new Luxaire Heater and Air conditioning system!"

"The audit went well.  The follow-on work (water heater replacement, heat pump replacement, and caulking).
They did a pretty good job.  They did sub out the water heater and heat pump parts.  The new water heater had a heat pump unit on it too.  The water heater had an alarm that went out and was eventually replaced.
The subs did test my patience when they started late and ended even later than they said they would.  I eventually told them they had to get out at a certain time.
I took a year to write this because I wanted to back it up with cost savings info.  Unfortunately, the jury is still out on whether or not the system is paying for itself.

"Air Temp Solutions replaced my Heating and A/C system last winter. Their service was top-notch from start to finish. They gave me a great price and also honored the 10 % discount for Angie's list members. The technicians who came for the installation were true professionals and competed the whole job in less than 6 hours. Once the installation was completed they also did all the paper work and follow-up to make sure I get the energize Delaware rebate. The rebate arrived in mail last week for $1350.00. Over all Air temp is a great company with great people and great service."

"They tore everything out to the studs; then installed new greenboard, plumbing, acrylic tub and walls."
