"Keith Roofing was excellent. Hugh called us back within an hour of our first call, and came out to check our roof within a week. He gave us a free quote, a full scope description, and pictures of issue areas. After we signed the contract, the Keith team came out the next week to complete the work. So in total, we had everything fixed within 10 days of our first call. Hugh also gave us pictures of all the repairs, walking us through what he and his team accomplished. "Unfortunately all too often these days contractors say they guarantee their work, but they really don't.  Not Springfield Roofing and Siding.  We had Mike Bennett.  Last October we had a roof leak and had several companies come out to give us estimates.  Only a couple were honest and really went up to inspect the roof and give us their assessment.  Most of the other companies immediately said "new roof!"  But Mike took the time to explain the issue and suggest a repair.  And he and his team did it.  Well fast forward to July and we had some bad storms and some high wind that effected the roof, and we ended up with another leak.  Called Mike out to take a look, he saw that the storms did some damage to an area close by the original leak and went up and fixed it and also addressed some shingles around our chimney.  Did it that day, got it all done.  And here's the kicker - NO CHARGE!  Just fixed up and said we were all set.  We know one day our roof will need to be replaced (its well over 20 years old) and the first person we will call is Mike Bennett - because he's honest, reliable, does good work and he keeps his word!

Central Siding was one of the few companies that wanted to do such a "small job". I was contacted by Jonathan Harteis who was happy to schedule this work for me. They did some minor repairs on my roof (eliminating some nail pops; added caulking around flashing, and sealed a seam that had never been properly sealed on my two-year old roof) to prevent future leaks, cleaned all my gutters, and installed two splash guards to help reduce my water runoff problem during severe rainstorms. "Certified Inc. is fabulous. They replaced the roof of our 3-unit condo building about 5 years ago and did a great job. So this past fall, when we had an unrelated leak due to a hole in one of our gutters, we knew just who to call. Jay from Certified took special care in ensuring that they did a thorough inspection and didn't quote us for unnecessary work. In fact, he even looked through old company records and discovered that Certified had done work on our gutter 6 or 7 years ago -- work that pre-dated all of the current owners of the building and that none of us were aware of. As a result, he said that all work on the gutter, and all repairs to the ceiling that was damaged by the leak, would be covered under the warranty for that prior job.
