"The company was contracted to put up a prefabricated metal awning over our side door. The workers installed it and were gathering their things to leave when my husband and I came out to see the final results. It was very crooked. They attempted 2 additional times to fix it, putting 3 holes (on each side) in our new siding. We finally just told them to just leave it. The ?wings are still crooked. When asked if we were happy with the job, I told (whom I think was the project manager/owner) we weren?t happy and why. We didn?t hear from him again. "
