Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. He provided a timely quote to replace the roofs of our 20-year old townhouse and garage. The price was right in-line with expectations and significantly less than a competitor that wanted to seek partial reimbursement through our homeowners insurance. It took the roofers two days to complete the job. They were very careful to protect our deck railing. Overall they did a terrific job on the roofing and cleaned up well afterward. "Springfield Roofing sent an experienced estimator to evaluate our 25 year old roof, and to offer us a proposal for replacing it. Although we ended up choosing another company, our experience with Springfield was quite positive.
The estimator spent considerable time with us, helping us better understand the particular challenges of our roof, and answered our follow-up questions when we called.  His proposal was very competitive and we weighed it carefully before making our decision. We especially appreciated the information he shared about our current roof and the difficulties in replacing this particular configuration.  He was clearly knowledgeable and came highly recommended by friends who had dealt with him on a difficult roof they'd had replaced (problems with a prior roofer, and Springfield came to the rescue).
