Robert and Christina came to the house together and gave me some good advice on what needed to be done and a ballpark figure for the work. They also explained that they flipped houses and had trusted people who could do whatever else I wanted to have done in the house and could do it fast. Shortly thereafter, my circumstances changed and I decided to do a full master bath gut and remodel along with a long list of things I had wanted or needed to do for years. Robert gave what I considered a fair quote for my VERY long list of jobs and had people on site within days of signing the contract.
