There was also a communication issue between the sales department and the installers on putting on new break metal around the outside of the door. He had no tools to hang the new curtain rod. He was informed by Howard what needed to be done the day before. I was given the option for someone to come and hang the rod but since I already had one up, I declined. All in all, I am happy with the work that was done.
