"Ralph Bertrand from Home Genius Exteriors came out to thoroughly examine our roof. Ralph showed us many photos & a video of our roof, outside & inside. Ralph took the time to answer any questions we had. He explained the various products used & levels of warranty available. We really appreciated the time Ralph spent explaining everything to us, all without pressure to buy. The day of install arrived & the team was on time & ready to work! One thing we liked was that there was someone there from Home Genius Exteriors during the whole time of install. Richard Bowan, the Install Manager, was there to oversee everything & he did an amazing job. They placed large tarps over all our landscaping & got right to work. Rich kept us updated on progress throughout the day & answered any questions we had. In addition to the new roof, we also had new gutters with leaf guards & downspouts installed. When the work was completed, we walked around the house with Rich. Everything was completely cleaned up; there was nothing left behind or out of place. Our home looks amazing. The new roof, gutters & downspouts really look beautiful. We loved our experience with Home Genius Exteriors, especially working with both Ralph & Rich. They were so professional & knowledgeable. "Once I was able to connect with Omega the project went smoothly. Rick Pepper was very patient, answered all of our questions, assured us the job would be done right. Quick to respond to our calls. Crew was supervised, very polite and diligently worked and got the job done in 2.5 days (cleaned up and gone). This included replacing all the sheeting. When putting the shingles on the roof they dropped them on the roof, causing a loud bang in the house. A little nerve racking for my senior mom. The finished product looks great cost was reasonable and a military discount was given. We would highly recommend Omega Roofing."
