In addition to handling the job I posted, Mark assisted me (or I should say let me assist him!) in completing the vanity installation, including additional plumbing work and general installation. Without Mark, I'd still be trying to install the vanity. Also, the charges were reasonable in light of the time spent and materials provided."

"this was a great experience from the return phone call from the cheerful/sweet office personnel, getting a quote the same day, to the hard working crew that installed it the following day. every single person here was very respectful of us and our home. they got our tankless water heater installed and ran 2 gas lines. it did take longer than we expected but the gentleman installing everything was professional and a pleasure to be around so we didn’t mind. everyone is very knowledgeable when it came to any questions we had. there was no i’m not sure, i’ll find out or anything like that. there was no mess while working or after they left. prices were good and they didn’t charge the $200-$300 service fee for the estimate like these other companies out there. that did place a small percentage in why we went with them. we are definitely happy choosing this company for this project and we will definitely be using them for all future needs. we highly recommend them."

"I would recommend Exquisite Touch to anyone in need of plumbing services. I had some work done this past Saturday, which included a full stack replacement along with a flange and cleanout. The technicians, Ken and Dylan, arrived well-prepared from the start. There was another worker who joined the team, but I didn’t catch his name. These men were professionals, and their work was of the highest quality. They even laid down protective coverings on the carpet before they began working. They informed me about the entire project step by step and ensured that the area was cleaned up before leaving. I will definitely be using this company again in the near future. "I have used them and they were fine when I did use them. They had given me an estimate for major work that I need in the back for a clean-up thing. They gave me a price of just under $5000. I got other price from someone. I had another guy come, Ed Collins, the price is so much cheaper. I don't think I'd use Clog-Busters again. They were okay for what they were here for but for estimates for the major thing I need, no. They didn't use a camera. He did what he needed to do but I won't call him anymore. I'll call someone else. I have a slab house so you have to go through the toilet. Companies come out here and its harder than they think its going to be. The so-called deal was refunded because it didn't relate to what I needed. I thought they were good. This guy didn't reseal it, I got to do that myself. I thought the pricing was a little bit high but if you can't use your toilet, you pay what you have to pay. It was quick."

"Jeff Michrina is the owner of JAM Home Services, managing via subcontracting work in paint, flooring, carpentry, kitchens and bathrooms according to his business card. He was prompt in responding to my request for an in-house assessment and quote. He arrived at his appointed time, was friendly, patient and offered an easily understood explanation of his work background & ethic. As we made a walk-through of the house, Jeff made notes and suggested wall repair specifics, scuff sanding of wooden bannisters, color options and best paint for the job (Sherman-Williams super paint). He explained that the paint job would be done by a 3-4 man crew with one person serving as lead. Unlike other company owners, Jeff did not use a computer. His quote was hand-written. Be prepared to wait more than a day or two to obtain a written quote. An additional 4% surcharge is added for credit card only payments as well, according to the written material. On the appointed day, four crew members arrived a bit early, and seemed to huddle before knocking on the front door. It was pretty clear that all four had bonded over the course of working together. We then met Fred (lead) who did the ceiling work, caulking and repairs; Will whose precision in cutting closely around light fixtures and edging was highly valued; David who concentrated on the doors, and wood working; and Matt who was new so painted the garage and basement drywall. When one completed his job, he went on to help another. Each member of the crew was polite, kind and seemed to enjoy working in the group. They worked tirelessly, taking only a 30 minute afternoon lunch. All heavy furniture was moved by them and then replaced. At the end of each day, surfaces were wiped down, floors swept and the areas were cleaned up. Used materials where either returned to the work truck, or bagged and placed neatly in an area for trash pick up. At the end of each day, the lead Fred and I did a walk through inspection of the day's work. Jeff also stopped by each day to talk to the lead, the crew and inspect the job. The entire job was completed in less than half the time that was originally estimated!"

"Had a new kitchen sink and piping installed, including the water line to the dishwasher, all of which were old and corroded. The owner/operator Lara was very quick to respond to my query sent via Angi's List and had an appointment sent in less than a week. For unforeseen reasons, the work ended up taking more than one day, but she was able to squeeze in the additional work time a couple of days later. The quality of the work is outstanding and I really appreciated the way she kept me apprised of the work as it unfolded, explaining all of the details of the work and any issues that arose that required additional cost. I like her and her assistance's work so much that I scheduled her to also repair a janky gas line in the basement that she noted when doing her initial inspection of the place. What I appreciate most is that I know she uses quality parts and does everything to code, and warranties her work. It helps me rest easier, given the poor workmanship and shoddy treatment I've gotten from other contractors."
