"Bruce arrived to start the job on time and is quite methodical, with everything going in the right order. He has the tools to do ANYTHING and completely filled our 2 car garage with tools, materials, cabinets, etc. Since everything was replaced, he had to use skills on so many levels, including dry wall, insulation, flooring, electrical, plumbing, granite work, painting, heating, etc. I think he truly excels at molding/trim work and the cabinet installing. Perfection. An example of true attention to detail: Since they had to cut into our floor joists (beneath the bathroom) to accommodate new drain systems, Bruce took it upon himself to find a local metal fabricator to create steel U-shaped supports so that our floor remained as strong as before. Some people would have left that out.... He wanted things to be correct and often asked for our approval...making any changes we requested along the way. He is approachable. He had a great, professional introduction the first day we met and proposed a budget. Why we did not give Bruce all A's---and if there is any down side---it would be a rather severe minimizing of the total amount of time needed for the project. As a builder, he is hard to fault in that we did stick to our agreed budget and if he was working for weeks beyond the planned completion time...well, it was not costing us any more. I believe Bruce to be a very honest person and understand that any building project has delays. Toward the end, as another project became reality, I believe Bruce lost some focus here. That said, we are happy with our finished bathroom and make a positive recommendation. Your Designs LLC can be trusted. ((I am having trouble porting over pictures...sorry...if I can add them later, I will. For now, I can say I think it looks just as we planned...and this company delivered!))"

"Kevin and his crew did an amzing job on our addition.  My husband was sold on Biondo Build & Design doing the work, I was not as sure.  My husband was right!  If we ever need work again, we will hire Kevin.  Below are a few of the reasons. <br /> 1.   <strong>Responsive - </strong>Kevin answered his phone or got back to us promtly.  When I was upset about a bathroom fixture on installation day, he made the issue a priority.  He went and found the part that was needed, and made sure I was satisfied.   <br /> 2. <strong>Still Responsive -</strong> After the addition was complete and final payment made, we had a problem with the bathroom fan.  Kevin answered our call as always and took care of the issue. <br /> 3. <strong>Expertise - </strong>We interviewed various contractors and many were concerned about moving the wires on the house to bring everything to code.  Some told us that the electirc company would have to get invoved and expect big delays.  Kevin was confident of code and his crew handled everything.  No big delays.  At one point, I called the city to ask about adding on to our project.  The city inspector said "You're with Kevin Biondo, don't worry.  It will be done correctly and to code."  Every inspector that came to our home was positive and affirming of Kevin's work. <br /> 4. <strong>Quality- </strong> We had a tight budget, but Kevin worked within it.  He went out of his way to find a high quality flooring option in our budget.  The floor needed to be water proof and extend through three rooms.  We have a beautiful Cortex floor, thanks to Kevin.  Every step of the way Kevin made sure the job was done well.  He came regularly to inspect the work done.   <br /> 5. <strong>Considerate - </strong>We have four young children.  Every workman who entered our home was aware of them.  They took extra steps for their safety and made sure we understood any possible dangers.  For example, they added extra boards to keep the addition closed off from our living area and then showed me why I should not let the kids into the building area.   <br /> It was a pleasure doing buisness with Biondo Design & Build.  They deserve an A+++ for their committment to a job well done! <br />"

"We had an emergency situation where the tile was crumbling due to a long term water leak behind the wall. I called 4 different contractors and Mike was the only one who knew the importance of looking at the situation. He came that same evening, evaluated and gave a price on the spot. He provided us with a list of material which we ordered on line and Mike picked up himself and brought with him. After the end of everyday, Mike showed us his progress and picked up before he left. Except for the beautiful new tile work we never knew a contractor was there. Mike is obviously a very gifted and knowledgeable contractor.
