However, Glen apologized profusely for the error and fit us into the schedule for the very next day, and arrived promptly at the appointed time. He performed a free inspection, confirmed our suspected evidence of termites, and spent considerable time explaining our treatment options, including the level of safety for our pets and our two-year-old, which we were very concerned about.
