They did what he said they would do, they showed up on time, and were gone in a few hours leaving an excellent R49 blown fiberglass job behind. I did quit a bit of prep work in the attic to get ready for them cleaning out old junk that was stored in the attic and preparing a work platform at the attic entry instead of the loose boards that were there before. That allowed them to go right to work and I got a better job because they didnâ t have to work around junk in the attic. "I used this company to clean my ducts and they were thorough and very respectful. This was not an easy job. They also found a terrible blockage in my dryer duct, which was an added service. Itzik came for the consultation and looked throughout my house, which is new to me, and let me know all of the things that needed to be done, including properly protecting the recessed lighting protruding in the attic. They did such a good job, that I hired them to put additional insulation in the attic and an attic fan that he recommended since my home did not have one and it was truly unbearably hot in the attic. I think this has greatly helped with the strain on my air conditioning. When I noticed the fan was going full-time and not cutting off when the cold front came through, I let them know it was not cutting off and even though this installation was months ago, he came out and let me know there was a defective thermostat on the fan and he would replace it as soon as possible. This was no mistake the company made, but simply a lemon thermostat, just like my vacuum cleaner. The fact that he came out so quickly and didnâ t attempt any excuses, made this a mega-star experience. I realize problems happen and itâ s personable people like this company and their true commitment to your safety and comfort that mean the most. I would give this company 10 stars if I could."

"I wanted insulation blown in above the ceiling of my condo to lessen the noise from my neighbors above. Darren was very responsive and professional and knew exactly what I was looking for. The crew arrived on time, was very nice, and covered the house in plastic sheeting to protect everything from the incredible amount of dust created by drilling dozens of holes in the ceiling to shoot the insulation. Their subcontractor Robert arrived the next day to repair the holes and repaint the ceilings. He also was able to install can lights in my living room (separate job and quote from the job Attic Construction was doing). During installation of the lights, we discovered that some of the cavities that should have been filled by new insulation were not, due to a problem with the old insulation. One call to Darren and the insulation guys showed up early the next morning to take care of it. Robert the drywall guy and his helper Carlos did an amazing job repairing all the holes, you can't even tell that my ceiling looked like swiss cheese at one point. The reduction in sound coming from upstairs is noticeable due to the new insulation and I love my new lights. Be aware though that a job like this is incredibly messy and dusty but Attic Construction OC made it as easy as possible."

If you’re spending the money on insulation do it right the first time. I put blown-in cellulose in my attic 13 years ago by another contractor but fortunately I got several quotes and I hired Superior to put more blown-in in. Thanks guys."
