"Chad was great! We had a faucet leak that went from a slow drip to a big drip overnight? I called C & W first thing on Wed am and was put on the waiting list for Wed. Jennifer called at 3:30 to say Chad was enroute. He arrived 15 mins later. After looking over the issue, Chad gave us the quote and changed out a cartridge on the hot water side. It had been replaced 6 months ago by another plumber (not sure if it was a bad cartridge or other issue). He was finished in 20 minutes and no issues so far?. We will definitely use C&W again and will ask for Chad. Very courteous and fill confident about this repair."

Removing the toilet showed the flange was installed incorrectly 23 years ago by another plumber which caused the flange to break and cause the leak. Adam came in to replace the flange and install a new updated toilet. His photos confirmed that the flange was installed correctly and the toilet works great.
