"I thought I had contracted to have about 1/4 of crawspace completely replaced with new insulation. However they replaced part of it and tacked up the rest that was sagging. Maybe my fault that he did not understand I wanted that section completely torn out and for him to replace that section. They did do an excellent job. They also added blown in the attic and added some batt insulation to naked walls in garage. I would recommend them."

"The estimator/salesperson Jeremy was excellent. On time, knowledgeable, understood the issues we had and spent a lot of time to recommend the best solution. The install crew of Shawn H and Dustin were prompt, professional and efficient. I would recommend this company and will use them again for my insulation needs."

"Insulation was put up and sheeting was adhered to floor. He was much more reasonable than other references"

"They were very professional and did the job in a timely manner. Would recommend them again."

"Upstairs would not cool down with the unit on, called indoor mechanical and Robert and Josh came out within 24 hours. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC. Could not ask for a better outcome to a crappy situation that is going to happen eventually when you own a home. Indoor mechanical will be my go to for anything they offer."

"After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."
