In addition, as he and Chris did the work, when he saw something else that needed a bit of attention, they took care of it. In all 37+ slates were addressed. "Simply put, Bob (the owner) and his crew were awesome in every measurable way. They score a 100 points on a 10-point scale as far as we are concerned. To begin with, Bob responded to my voice-message within an hour or so...he visited the project location the next day, and provided his written quote within 2 business days.
