"The project involved crawling around in a 3 foot wetland crawlspace trenching and installing a new sump pump under a 2183 square foot custom built house. The work was completed by hand using shovels, garden hoes, and rakes. The crew was professional, always on time and provided daily pictures to show progress. It was a muddy job but they brought material to protect my floors and carpet as the crawlspace entry was in my walk-in closet. The final result is a drainage system that the builder should have installed when the house was built in 2019. David and Will did an excellent job of measuring and ensuring that they had the correct amount of materials needed to complete the task. Sump Pump Geeks was the only company that returned my call in a timely manner and showed up ready to work. "Our house is almost 130 years old, so we needed to have some foundation stabilization done. The company was a pleasure to do business with. From our initial consultation and beyond, every contact was courteous and knowledgeable. On the first day of the project, after removing the dirt to see the foundation, it was discovered that the existing foundation was not sufficient to support using the helical piers according to the building inspector. The dirt was all replaced and it was arranged to come back out and give me a quote for a different process using smart jacks. Due to circumstances at my local building department, the new job had to be postponed until a new permit could be obtained. Once that was done I was rescheduled and the job was completed in a day and a half. When the building inspector came to sign off on the permit, he raved at what a great job they had done. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked."
