Everytime I had a question, Andy stopped and answered every concern we had. He also guaranteed the water clogging wont happen and asked us to contact him on direct line if ever we have a problem. At the end, on request, he also explained to us where and how things work and where the water will go in future. Time was scheduled at 10 am. The team was on time, professional, and did really good work. We ended up needing a sump pump due to ground water coming up. They applied a mold application and completed the work in a day. I highly recommend these guys and did my research prior to having them do the work. I am very impressed and happy we chose them."

"The workers were on time. Very efficient. They did a blower door test and found the air leaks and insulated these areas. Blew installation above the garage, cleaned out the crawl space and put new installation there and basement. Found a water leak from my toilet,Thank goodness. Covered everything in the basement and swept and cleaned up after. I would recommend them!"

"The owner of the business came out for the initial estimate appointment and quickly came up with a plan. By the end of the day, I received an emailed estimate to complete the job and the price was much more reasonable than the other 2-3 companies who bid on the job. We were in a time crunch and they were able to fit us in just in the nick of time! While on the job, the crews ran into some unforeseen issues and had to quickly come up with a plan to be able to complete the job and they certainly delivered! "It was a smooth one day job. They subcontracted out the electrical for the sump pump. He came the same day. He had issues with a difficult situation I had in my home. They had to come out again. I was never charged any additional even though it too many hours to do. That electrical company had the most polite positive people I've ever run across in all of this project. This was CiscoElectric. I'd use them for anything! All and all, a fantastic experience! Oh, and they noticed an issue with my roof and would have never known other wise. And, because of that, managed to get a vent repair under warrantee that would never have happened if they didn't see an issue."

"They were incredibly responsive during a very hard time. In the space of 4 days our home flooded (during a week when there were lots of homes flooding -- they had a foreman on site to take a look within 24 hours, when a competitor wouldn't have been able to even look at the problem for a month). In addition to our home flooding, our son was in a terrible accident and was in ICU for several days, and the hospital for 5+ weeks (he's still there as I write this). Some folks from our church called Justin at Western and asked if they could provide the labor and they could install the sump system to take care of the immediate flooding project. My wife and I weren't even there and between our awesome Church family and western they dug the trenches and installed a sump system to take care of the flooding issue. Western was super busy with the unprecedented flooding, but they worked with us. The second part of the project in preparing the foundation in a stairway to the basement hasn't been completed yet, but is scheduled, and I'm confident they'll do a great job with that too.
