"The guys did a great job identifying why two of my windows were leaking water. The flashing off the roof was diverting rainwater down the wall of the instead of into the gutter. They fixed the flashing, re-caulked around all of the windows in that corner and even repointed a couple of bricks. Great work, they cleaned up after themselves, were communicative, and prompt. I will definitely use them again!"

"I recently had 4 Peace on Earth Properties install a new kitchen sink in my home, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, Jose was professional, courteous, and efficient. They arrived on time and were well-prepared for the job, with all the necessary tools and equipment. They worked diligently to remove the old sink and install the new one, ensuring that everything was properly aligned and sealed. Throughout the installation, Jose was friendly and communicative, explaining each step of the process and answering any questions I had. They also took care to clean up after themselves, leaving my kitchen spotless."

"From the consultation to the installation, the company was professional. When called back for minor repairs, the workers returned without complaint."

"I had called prior to purchasing the certificate to make sure they had a big enough ladder to install the curtain rod and was told yes, but when I went to book the service, was told they don't have one that can do the job. They were polite, but it was disappointing as I was told incorrect info."

"A-1 was very responsive over the phone, scheduled a convenient appointment, and arrived right on time. They assessed the problem very quickly, and returned when the ordered parts arrived. Not only did they install these parts, but they also found/replaced a worn-out hose and kick panel. They also cleaned the area under the dishwasher, and informed us of a mouse problem. I am very pleased with their work, and would definitely use them again."

"They were great! Fast, careful and through. It looked like I bought new windows."

"The contractor arrived thing in the morning and had finished the installation by noon. He took special care with the pandemic problem to make sure everything was safe."

"Fantastic! We had a tenant destroy part of the wall, which required spackeling and painting within 2 days before the new tenant moved in. Earl was so accommodating and made sure to come the next day after I called him, all for a reasonable price. Can't beat that! Then Earl hung a new hanging light fixture in my double entry foyer. It was difficult to find a ladder to reach that high and Earl looked all around the greater Baltimore Annapolis area to find one. (Note that 3 electricians basically said it was impossible without scaffolding and wanted to charge 3 times Earl's rate). Earl really is terrific and is my go-to handyman!"
