Barry Gladstone, the owner, came out on the next business day and completed the work at no extra charge. I waited for 2 years to write this review to test the drainage system over 2 complete weather cycles. After all of this time, everything is still working very well. Brian was on-site almost every day, both directing his team and doing much of the framing and finishing work himself. We felt like our project was his top priority from start to finish. Brian is meticulous and clean - every tool/material was hung up and organized when not in use, and there was never any sign of dust or debris when he left for the day.
