"Responded quickly to telephone call. Had basement family room remodeled after a sewage backup. Was able to work with our request. We believe that the requested drywall installation was subcontracted out to another company, called Berea Drywall. While the job completion was adequate, there are gaps in the ceiling dry wall and many rough areas in the bathroom and family room areas.
While construction was in progress, contractor cut the main water line with a saw and did not inform us until after we called them upon return from work to find the basement family room wet yet again.
While frustrated with this experience, I would give this contractor another chance, I would just be more insistent in my expectations.

Work was top notch 10/10 and the price was more than fair for the quality of work. After job was complete Wes left an immaculately clean work site. Highly recommend! Very easy to contact by phone or text and worked around my schedule to get the job done. Will definitely be calling Copper Penny for all my home Improvement needs."

"We couldn't be happier with our experience with Rene. We hired him to do our kitchen tile floor and he did such a great job, we didn't hesitate to work with him again to install the wood flooring throughout the rest of our main floor. He works quickly and also pays a lot of attention to detail. He noticed a few things that weren't quite right without us pointing them out or even noticing. And he would have the fixed the next day. We would definitely consider him again if we have any projects in the future."
