"Mr. Zavala and his team are skilled professionals and trustworthy. "BR flooring was able to obtain a perfect match for the existing hardwood in the house, which saved us a ton of time, money, and aggravation. They provided us with samples so we could check the match ahead of time. They completed the flooring work very quickly and executed it flawlessly, they look just like the other floors in the house. The stairs they put in at first unfortunately did not match the floors nor the existing railing. This made me a bit nervous at first, because often times you don't know if you've hired a good company until something goes wrong. When we brought up the problem, BR flooring stood behind their work and completely sanded and refinished the steps to match the existing railing as we originally wanted and everything came out well in the end. I am very happy with this company because they both did great flooring work and had the integrity to fix all problems that arose with no fuss."

"My basement floors were assorted crumbling tiles and were replaced with a new stain resistant wood tiles. The work began on Wednesday and completed on Friday. I was impressed with the expeditious time and professional service provided. I will be contacting them again for repairs in the future."

Replaced the flooring and steps with a satin finish that so beautiful that I keep getting comments. Work was timely completed and professionally done. I would definitely use their services again. "It was amazing! Let me say right off the bat that Ken from Floor Gem was great. We had some water damage and needed to get the floor replaced before Thanksgiving. We had a little mix-up on the installation date and time but Ken was fantastic and with incredibly short notice he was able to arrange a team to perform our install. They did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier!"

"This firm is most impressive do to the speed at which they complete their tasks. Wayne was very responsive and always available to discuss the project. The workmen sanded and test stained multiple strips of floor to ensure that I would be happy with the final stain color. Uniquely, they did not charge extra for the stain coat."

"Tom and his crew did an outstanding job on a short time schedule around the Christmas holiday period. Second time we have used Dependable Carpeting and both experiences were exceptional. Tom is response to emails and really goes the extra mile to meet the customer's needs. He completed this project on time as he committed despite family illness. Great job and highly recommend. In both projects he replaced all carpeting in a large third and fourth floor walk up condo."

"Juan and Flavio provided excellent service and were extremely responsive. The install team led by Flavio were punctual, professional, and skilled. The new floors look great! They also buffed and resealed an existing hardwood floor. I am extremely pleased with the results. Their prices are reasonable. I would highly recommend them!"

"These folks are the BEST! They matched up problem wood pieces and replaced. They corrected mismatched previous floor replacement and improper plywood substitution. Their workers were meticulous in their work and bent over backwards to ensure I was satisfied with their matching, sanding, staining and varnishing. Ensure little details of matching corners and closing of doors fit properly. Definitely would hire again!"
