He also made recommendations regarding the attachment of the panels to the rood that would provide more stability and leakproofing. The representative appeared to know what he was doing - much better than others, including the representative who was engaged by the roofer (who replaced our rood due to hail damage) to disconnect/connect the panels."

"First of all-Dream Home only offered one window, the best as far as I was concerned.  I had great windows in our older home in NC and moved to a new home in NC with awful fitting windows.  So now I have great windows again here in GA.  We decided on them right away. The workmanship was excellent and communication with me as the work progressed was in a timely manner, especially with a few weather delays. Roof also was inspected and repaired without the hassle of tearing up material to find the leak. Discovered flashing just needed repairing. "The last was a rental company that we have and we used them for an air conditioning and heating system. It was Bototach Mechanical. It’s been a good program for us. They’re very responsive. I don’t know what the thought process was. My husband said, well let’s try these guys and so we did. We have an older home and it’s proved to be a very good deal. The quality has been pretty good, so I would give them an A for the quality. I will give you one helpful hint though. If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
