"Jonathan did me real solids today. Despite the fact that they were here to clean up bascially messes left by the installers on my HVAC on both AC and furnace, he AGAN went ABOVE and BEYOND when he noticed I was doing my own plumbing project. We had hot water seeping out with our water main shut off on a fixture exchange, and he pointed out we can drain the hot water heater partially to stop this. "I texted Ryan in the morning and he got back to me in minutes. He said he could have someone there that afternoon. Jerry and Larry texted me that they were on route and showed up on time. After I showed them where the leak was. The plumbing was above all the duct work from my furnace. Although it was in a difficult spot, Jerry said it wouldn’t be any problem. He knew what needed to be done to repair the leak. All I needed was a new Fernco fitting. The one I had was ancient and needed to be replaced. He also installed a J hook to support the copper pipe. Once the job was done, he called me downstairs to explain what he had done. The job didn’t take long at all and the guys were very pleasant. I really appreciate the work they did. This was the first time I used Godwin Plumbing. Scheduling was easy. On the morning of my appt. Doug called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, which was appreciated. Although it was the first appt. of the day, he was on time as scheduled.  He fixed the four dripping faucets and accessed the status of our hot water heater. He provided a quote for replacing the heater, and I scheduled the replacement for the following week. 

Doug was very professional, as expected, I was very satisfied with my first experience with Godwin Plumbing.
