He uses an interesting process that I haven't seen before -- the carpets are mostly dry after he's done, which means you can walk on them and start moving furniture back immediately. "Very well, this was the second time we used Atlantic Cleaners. Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms. Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job. We were very satisfied with the results. Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

"within minutes, I received a call from the very friendly and professional Michelle. Calling me all the way from California! Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"
