"There are 2 levels in my yard and the lower level is about 4 foot lower than the house so I was looking to put up a fence to prevent my kids from falling accidentally and also as requested by the home insurance policy providers. "The day after my living room ceiling collapsed (in July 2015) Ryan and Adam of Sooner State Home Repair arrived to cover the gaping hole in the ceiling with a large sheet of plastic and to help me contact my insurance company. Adam met with the adjuster in order to assist with his evaluation of the damage. Sooner State made follow up telephone calls to my insurance company after the adjuster submitted his report in order to insure that all repairs were covered. Because of all the dust and fiberglass that were generated by the collapsed ceiling, the crew thoroughly cleaned the room and covered all items that could not be removed before reconstruction could begin. All doors and walls were covered as well. Two attic rafters had to be framed before drywall and insulation could be installed.  Once the living room was completed, the crew covered everything in the kitchen before dropping the ceiling in order to prepare for its replacement. (Note: both the insurance adjuster and my contractors agreed that a slight bulge in the kitchen ceiling drywall indicated that it was due for replacement.) After the kitchen ceiling drywall and insulation were installed, both ceilings were painted, a new ceiling fan was installed in the living room and 5 pot lights were added to the kitchen ceiling. A few days later, my air ducts were professionally cleaned. Finally at least 5 hours were spent thoroughly cleaning both rooms. I can honestly say that my house has never looked better! Everything this construction crew did (drywall, insulation, painting, electrical, framing, cleaning) was done with expertise and professionalism ."
