The previous homeowners had an unsightly mix of bushes and shrubs, a brick wall that cut into the usable yard space, and stone/rock work that didn’t match the brick patio. Lily and her team removed everything, fixed the area where the patio had been damaged by a neighboring tree, laid a new brick path matching the existing patio, and plant new ground cover in the yard. Lily listened to exactly what we talked envisioned and made it happen!! Our yard looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier. The price was also very reasonable and the work was done promptly. If I didn't know better, I would have thought no work was done on my property. The team took the time to help me setup the app and explained exactly how the system worked. I was so pleased, I decided to have them install a system in my backyard. One really cool feature I wasn't expecting was the automating. The sprinkler is a smart sprinkler system. It tests the moisture in the ground and the weather and will not water the lawn if it doesn't need it. I didn't expect that. But I was having a mole problem and wanted some lawn service, but for everything it was like $2600  a year, but called him back and told him it was out of my price range. They didn't charge me anything it was just an estimate. they came out and looked at the property and told me what I needed. Apparently I had several moles and hard to get rid of. Initial treatment was fine about $110 he was going to lay some traps, but what I didn't like it was going to be $89 after that every 45 days for maintenance."

"Pressley turned the water off from outside and discovered the stem was broke. He could not get it turned back on all the way and had to call WSSC. WSSC came and turned if off the best they could and had to come out the next day. WSSC came the next day and replaced the stem, however after replacing the stem, the pressure was still low and WSSC recommended I call Presley back, which I did. I left a message and my call was never returned."
