"Everything went as planned, the whole job took about one and one-half days. In addition to the new heater and A/C units, a new insulated tube, venting into the dining room, was added in the attic as was an additional roof vent. A new wood floor was made for the heater and the A/C unit was set up on a special concrete-like pad to comply with City code. Bret kept us informed throughout and we were impressed with his experience and knowledge of heater and A/C and Trane in particular. I will definitely be using his company I'm the future."

"Frankly, I had low expectations for what I needed done...Since I knew this particular job carried little value to anyone except for me, I was doubtful about anyone wanting to take even a little time to do it (In fact, one Angie's list company never responded to my request in any form).  So, when someone did respond to my message and left Shawn's phone number, I was surprised! When I called Shawn he could not have been more receptive (asked thoughtful questions about what I needed), gracious and accommodating. Bottom line: he said yes...took care of it in a timely way at a cost that was more than reasonable. If he does this with an insignificant job, I have a good feeling that he would do excellent work with any (major and significant) job for which he was responsible.

I highly recommend this company if you need any kind of concrete work done! Prompt, Professional and Quality work! A rare find these days! They made it all happen in one day - from framing to the concrete pour. I had a small existing patio 8 x 11 and wanted to extend it further out and to the end of the house to add an outdoor living area.  The final job looks great and they went above and beyond by putting the wooden fence back together that had to be removed for easier access for the concrete truck, cleaning up the area and putting some back fill around the base of the patio. I'm sure I'll be enjoying this new space for many many years to come!

"Ybarra Professional Builders did 2 big plumbing projects on my house and property. Not only did they install a brand-new main water line to replace the old leaking galvanized steel pipe, but they also re-piped my house's plumbing as it was also made from that same rusting out galvanized steel. I also had some other major work done by them at the same time (tree removal and sprinkler repair) but since Home Advisor asked for a specific type of project for this review, I will only review the plumbing projects. Vlad was the project manager for all of these projects. He coordinated all of the sub-contractors' work and got the projects done in a timely manner. There were none of the time issues that I had heard about with other contractors, such as waiting weeks between one phase of a project to get the next one started-after one phase was done, the next phase would begin with no more than a day or two in between. He was very pleasant and very patient with my many questions and concerns and kept me up-to-date with what was happening. The project that I most dreaded, the house plumbing re-piping, was not as bad as I thought it would be, to my great relief. All of the people who I dealt with at Ybarra were pleasant and professional, from the sub-contractors to the office staff. I think the quality of the work performed was very good. In the additional clean-up phase, the holes in the drywall where the plumbing had been re-piped were patched and painted, and the concrete where the driveway had to be cut to replace the main water line was re-poured. This portion of the project was available as an additional cost, but the workmanship was very good. I had heard and read many horror stories about dealing with contractors so working with this group was a pleasant surprise. Thank you, Vlad."
