From start to finish, JC kept us up-to-date every step of the way and happily answered all questions we had. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"I believe North Star Roofing and Construction changed ownership sometime in the last few years or there are two companies with the same name, or something else is going on. I Googled Russ Oja who I always dealt with and found him on Linked In as the former owner. I looked on the Land I site

and found that Russ' license lapsed on 6/10/2012. So the North Star Roofing and Construction company that I dealt with is no more. Furthermore I see no North Star Roofing in Seattle listed on the Land I site.
I am writing this because Angie's List asked for a review. I'm not sure what I clicked or wrote that made them aware of my prior use of North Star. The North Star I used was addressed on Mukilteo Speedway in Lynwood. The North Star that Angie's List has prompted me to review is at 815 1st Ave in Seattle.
