Get matched with top tankless water heater repair pros in Spokane Valley, WA

"Long Holiday Weekend and my hot water heater quit. We had just moved in too. That should have been caught in inspection. Oh well. By chance we had HVAC repair scheduled and they offered to look at the water heater, but My Guy already squeezed us into his schedule. I'm so glad he did. His price came in lower than the HVAC service person's quote. My Guy provided options for repair vs replacement. Knowledge is power, and I feel we were given all the information up front. We opted to replace. He showed us how to operate the water heater and told us the schedule for maintenance to get the longest use of our new water heater. I highly recommend My Guy. We'll have him back again when we replace the sink and dishwasher."

"Prompt. Clear. Energetic. Knowledgeable. Jeremy Collins discusses both the short term & long term considerations of the project. Our projects include clogged piping, replacing under the sink 70 yr old piping, new sink & faucet. Next plan is a tankless water heater. Ask him to bring the dogsâ theyâ re friendly too!"

"JLR also gave us tips on affording replacing this hot water heater in the future."

"Workmen were on time, courteous, professional. They educated me about the pros and cons of tankless water heater vs. traditional. They were able to do installation of new water heater the same day. Their fee was very reasonable. They gave a six year guarantee on parts and labor."

"Even repaired a faucet that got damaged when the water was turned back on. And on top of that, I just plain liked the guy. Will definitely call him again if I have any problems."
