"It was the best job I have seen in my life. They tore off all the gutters and roofing...resealed the roof and installed all nee roofing and seamless rain gutters. Everything was sealed and is beautiful. All the roofing from start to finish took 4 hours. The gutters less than 1 hour. They cleaned and hauled all the garbage away. "While their crew was replacing our roof, they identified an area of the side of the house that had not been covered with vinyl siding, along with the rest of the house. We asked them to give us an estimate on the job. They never got back to us, and refused to answer any of our calls or emails."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
