"I had them come out for a siding quote. We talked about an addition I was interested in and they said they could do it, they gave me what i thought was a good price. I paid 10k for engineering and permitting and at the same time wanted to start the siding right away on the existing structure. It took 2 monthes longer than they promised to get plans back and submitted for permit, I gave them another 40k to start the addition. They sided the house except for the top 2 rows, they said they would finish when siding the addition. They didnt caulk the siding. They took full payment for the siding. 3 monthes after I was told the project was going to start and no permit and the project wasnt started, I told them I wanted to pause the project for personal reasons and I was informed that I would not get my deposit back. I tried to contact the owner multiple times and no response. I gave them a total of 70k and they left my house to rot, didnt even offer to finish the siding."

Gone for hour and 1/2 by the time I returned he was gone so didnt get a picture to sign off placement. Three weeks later strong winds blew off flashing. Attempted to contact Simon 2-3 times and still no reponse from him. I have done roofing before and know flashing has to be secured. I cannot send pictures no way of getting on the roof.
