"Wonderful. Tom and Justin were enroute not only the same day, but in an hour or so. Hubby had installed new water softener and the kitchen sink had air constantly in the line. His troubleshooting did not resolve our issue. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and humorous. Tom found the dual minor issues right away.
