I asked them also to put in a quote to replacing piping also. Got a reasonable quote and they conducted the repairs a couple of days later without any fuss. "Our AC died last week and the first company provided us 3 replacement options. We selected the middle option ($16,000) and signed the contract, which provided us a 5 day cancellation period.
