"Ivan Munoz came over on a Sunday after noon on short notice. Gave me a quick, fair quote and did a bang up job. The pipe had busted due to shifting ground and he made the fix and got the water back on quickly. Will be using Leaky’s again."

"Great! Installed a new Rheem 50 gal water heater. Showed up on time and worked very efficiently."

"On 10/27/2027, I had to find a plumber to repair my water heater that had stopped heating water. I went online to Angi?s website and received 3 different plumbing companies in the Austin, TX area. One of the companies was 5-Mile Plumbing Co. The owner of the company, Elvis Bernal, contacted me. We discussed the issue with the water heater. Mr. Bernal gave me his assessment and provided me with a bid proposal on the cost of the repair. Mr. Bernal came to our house the next day and immediately started work on the water heater. I watched Mr. Bernal from a distance and asked questions regarding the procedure. Mr. Bernal went out of his way to answer my questions. During his work, Mr. Bernal also saw something else that needed replacement on the water heater and immediately left the house to go purchase the part. "I was expecting to have to wait a day or so before I could get my water heater installed. Instead, I had a new one delivered and installed within a couple of hours and the price was better than what others were quoting. Excellent service!"

"Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"This guy was extremely nice. He was very helpful. He came in and took care of the water heater pretty quickly. He gave me some pointers on how to keep the water heater better. He cleaned up after himself, something that a previous company never did. He was courteous and treated me with respect. I would recommend him to other people."

"The repairmen was very professional and experience in his craft, I was shocked at how fast they responded to my request. It is a known fact that electricians, plumbers, carpenters and etc. are very expensive, but three or four hundred dollars to replace just a water faucet is entirely to much. As stated previously, I hired them to replace my air conditioner and they did a masterful job."

"Very professional and good at communicating. The technician did a great and quick job with the water heater."

"We hired Global Cooling & Plumbing to replace existing reverse osmosis filtration system with a new one, different brand. Jimmy Mooneyham performed outstanding job - worked quickly and efficiently, maintaining clean environment. Prices are very reasonable! We definitely recommend this company and will be back with any future project. 5 ⭐️ Thank you so much!"

"Aaron S with Xpert Plumbing Service did an excellent job. He is both knowledgeable and courteous. I knew what he was doing at every stage of the project. I would recommend him and Xpert Plumbing to anyone who asks me and will certainly reach out to him for any future projects."
