"Plumbers are really busy in our area and Longs Plumbing Services got to our small job in an expedited manner. We really appreciated their prompt and reliable service. They went above and beyond answering questions and getting all our needs either repaired or explained what was needed next."

"Janice was awesome! Excellent customer service, very informative, and prompt with all communication (phone, email, and even text). Chase came out to diagnose and walk me through all the options. He was great about listening to my needs and not trying to oversell me on anything. I asked about other plumbing items around the house (water filtration/softener and drain cleaning), and he showed and explained all those as well. He even drained my sprinkler system while he was there so it wouldn't freeze/break. Installation of the water heater was well done. They also had to go on the roof and attic to make sure the vent pipe was good to go."

"January 3rd, Attempted to chat online first with a representative. They were very responsive and able to answer my questions. Shortly after finishing the online chat, I received a call from their office to schedule the service. They were very accommodating of my schedule. The technicians arrived on time, were pleasant and knowledgeable, wore those plastic covers on their shoes. I needed the drains looked at in our upstairs bathroom but also asked them to take a look at the other bathroom, kitchen sink and backyard as I was noticing some stagnant water there. The Technicians were honest and up front - they diligently took care of the problem upstairs, told me everything else looked good elsewhere, showed me where grass had grown over the drainage from the back yard to the front, checked my water heater as a precaution. They were fair in their pricing and even offer a 5-year preventative maintenance plan that is extremely economical. I was absolutely happy with the service and would recommend JD Plumbing to anyone."

"Did a great job finding leak repair will be done by tile crew."

"I had a pretty bag clogged main line. My shower drain was clearing way too slowly and then it started affecting my toilet and even kitchen at this point. Joseph came through within an hour of my initial call, diagnosed the issue, gave me a really good quote and got to snaking the line. He started through the outside, then inside shower drain and then got onto the roof to snake the vent pipe. He was able to take out some items but it didn’t clear the clog until he pulled out a drain bladder… clog disappeared within 2 minutes of him using it. Amazing service and will be recommending Joseph to any family and friends in the future! Saved me thousands, we were close to thinking it was a busted pipe but he fixed the issue quickly and his critical thinking saved the day!"

"Miguel cleared a clog in my laundry room that 2 other companies, on a national chain with an alliterative name, could not fix. He was knowledgable and professional. Nick, give this man a raise."

"The drain blockage turned out to be more than just a simple clearing. Preston used his experience and several methods until he got the job done."

"Mr. Warren had everything he needed and completed the repair on the day we agreed. He was on time and thoroughly checked out the repair to ensure everything worked properly. I strongly recommend Warren's Plumbing."

"They came a little early which is fine I didn t have to wait through the two hour window Sean and his helper fixed the problem with loose fixtures on my new tub from a previous job from last week and then I asked them to fix the broken drain on one of the master sinks -it would not hold water they replaced it with brand new plumbing and also fixed a week showerhead in the master shower. Very Professional very respectful and very good work at a decent price I m very happy as always that they came through for me no charge of course on a previous problem and did a great job on additional services. Thank you guys!"
