"Be very careful if you need any plumbing work done in The Woodlands. DO NOT call JD Precision Plumbing, they are modern day Pirates. They charged me $800.00 to replace this one small section of water main. took every bit of 30 minutes. They say free estimates on their website. When I called for service, I was told there is a $175.00 service call charge and would be I would be credited this amount if work is done. I'm thinking it cannot cost much over $175.00 to fix. (wrong). They estimated $791.00 to fix it. I'm not home due to a surgery and have buddy relaying info to me. I think ok, the $791.00 less the $175.00 so $616.00 to me. (wrong again). I not only get charged 791.00! they added 3% for using a credit card. Now I'm at $815.00 to fix. I try getting justification on charges from their operations manager only to be told JD Precision plumbing is so big and they have higher overhead than any other plumbers, therefore have higher costs for service. I call BS."

From the first contact to project completion, Ryan was a consummate professional. Ryan and I were in continuous communication related to the job. He was very responsive to questions and flexible to my schedule. When he got to my house, he had everything he needed to do the job and did exactly what I asked him to do. No negotiating an easier path. I really appreciated that. When all was said and done, Ryan had done a superb, professional job despite the heat in the attic (over 120 deg F). "At first the company seemed super helpful. Eric was always pleasant and seemed to be supporting us. HOWEVER, they told us that they were dealing directly with insurance and that we wouldn't need to worry about anything. Therefore no costs, no options, no explanations of services were ever given to us. When the bill came back higher than insurance would cover they assured us that Joyce was the best in the business and would get it taken care of for us. the gap ended up being $3000 out of our pocket and as far as I can tell, no genuine effort was made to come to an agreement because we would have to pay it anyway. They were not actually working for us. In addition, the whole process was frustrating because appointments were made with us, where we canceled plans and they never showed or called. They removed equipment before it was dry and then covered themselves by putting it back in. At the end of the day our house is dry as is our bank account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"
