"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."

I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. Both times we worked with Teresa on a design and floorplan that made the best sense for how we utilized the space, and she brought practical ideas that worked with our budget and our wish-list. When the project came around, the contractors were all helpful and friendly. The project managers were always a quick call away if anything ever came up. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!"
