They removed leaking unit and replace with a Rheem tank water heater. The work was completed in a timely manner and the old water heater taken. They explained how the water heater worked and how to adjust and maintenance I could perform to assure peak performance. The work quality was excellent and professional."

"On 10/27/2027, I had to find a plumber to repair my water heater that had stopped heating water. I went online to Angi?s website and received 3 different plumbing companies in the Austin, TX area. One of the companies was 5-Mile Plumbing Co. The owner of the company, Elvis Bernal, contacted me. We discussed the issue with the water heater. Mr. Bernal gave me his assessment and provided me with a bid proposal on the cost of the repair. Mr. Bernal came to our house the next day and immediately started work on the water heater. I watched Mr. Bernal from a distance and asked questions regarding the procedure. Mr. Bernal went out of his way to answer my questions. During his work, Mr. Bernal also saw something else that needed replacement on the water heater and immediately left the house to go purchase the part. Mr. Bernal replaced the part, continued the repair and verified one of the heating elements had gone out. A new heating element was installed and Mr. Bernal ?bled? the"

"I have used this company several times for many plumbing projects. Water heaters, plumbing fixtures, emergency calls for leaks, and so much more!! "Setting up an appointment, responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. 19 months ago I had a leak on my residential water main repaired. Unfortunately the main is leaking again. I couldn't recall offhand who had done the work last time but did a quick search on Angie's List and chose A& A. From the moment I called, the experience was excellent. Carrie (sp? sorry) took my call and had me set up and had two techs at my door in less than two hours. The techs, Kyle and Dale were extremely quick in coming up with a price estimate. I don't want to say it was off the charts but.. I had watched the previous tech repair the leak in less than an hour. I went through my records and located the receipt. With a 10% discount, I had paid $270. On this call, A&A quoted me $475 for the same work so unfortunately I did not okay the repair."

"This guy was extremely nice. He was very helpful. He came in and took care of the water heater pretty quickly. He gave me some pointers on how to keep the water heater better. He cleaned up after himself, something that a previous company never did. He was courteous and treated me with respect. I would recommend him to other people."

"I came home to a pool of water in my front yard. Since I had already been using Will-Fix-It for my A/C and heating maintenance, I called them to see if they could help. The first part of the project was to dig where the problem area was an assess the damage. Turned out I had an old black pipe running under my yard which was the standard when the house was built in 1976. They repaired the leak area and clamped it fully explaining that without a complete digout and replacement of the entire line I would probably have the same issue in the future. I couldn't afford a project that big at the time so I assumed the risk. More than 2 years later, the pipe burst again and luckily I had the ability to fund the project. I called Will-Fix-It again and they came back out and completed the job. I have had 0 problems with the new line and am grateful they were able to get water in my house again within just a day. Great work and I'll be using them again for many years to come."

"Very professional and good at communicating. The technician did a great and quick job with the water heater."

"They actually had to come out twice because I had ordered the wrong size of water heater. They were very accommodating and did all the measurements. They came back the next day very early and got me all set up."

"Aaron S with Xpert Plumbing Service did an excellent job. He is both knowledgeable and courteous. I knew what he was doing at every stage of the project. I would recommend him and Xpert Plumbing to anyone who asks me and will certainly reach out to him for any future projects."
