"Danny came on a service call to look at an exterior outlet that did not work when I bought my house years ago. He did a lot of detective work to find out where the issue was, and gave me some repair options. He recommended scheduling a new appointment with a half-day deal, rather than continuing the repair with the service call rate. He also gave me a list of supplies that I could pick up in advance to save some time (and money). When he came back, he installed a new junction box, connected the wires to a circuit (it didn't work because the wires were just tied off), and replaced and sealed the outlet. He had to remove and reinstall the dishwasher in the process, and cleaned up the work area well. Danny was very nice, answered all my questions, and took the time to do things right. I plan to hire him again."

"First of all the showroom is very beautiful, filled with all kinds of kitchen and other products with many floor models to look at closely. Easy to get to location with plenty of parking. The employees were very friendly, kind and helpful and were very happy to answer the questions we had about newer washing machine technologies, since it had been many years since we were in the market for this type of product, and things have really changed. Our sales person showed us the model we came to see and we ended up buying it there because of how impressed we were by the overall experience at this store. This particular model we were looking at cost about the same here as you can find at other places, and it came with a standard 3 year warranty, installation, and takeaway of our broken washing machine. <br /> The day of the installation was almost immediately after we purchased the machine - there were no long waits involved, which is very nice when you need laundry done! Some places we had looked at had unknown delays for delivery, so that was also a factor in our decision, although we were already sold on this store after our visit. <br /> The installation team arrived on time, and were very professional and thorough in the installation. "The heater they supplied was a good one.  However, they sent an inexperienced repairman to replace the heater.  He slipped and fell through our newly remodeled bathroom.  The company repaired the hole in the wall with the wrong texture and then wrong the  type of grout.  We are going to have ceiling repaired by a company recommended by the my daughter who works for one of the largest builders in the country.  I have cancelled my service with the warrantee company.  I now have to pay an additional $150.00 to have the ceiling refloated and all the wrong grout taken off and replaced with the correct type. <br /> <br /> *In response to service provider response: We hired 1 contractor that they recommended. He came out and said that he did a lot of work for High Tech. He fell through the ceiling that same day. We called High Tech the same day. They wanted my husband to go up in to the ceiling to get a model number. He is 79 years old and could not do that. We then had to contact a different service provider and pay an extra $150.00."
