"Julio did an awesome job. He was very good about keeping me up to date on any changes that needed to be made. He & his helper, Ronny, did a great job of keeping their work area clean & making sure my house looked great when they left. He told me the job would take 4 days & it took 4 days. He gave me an estimate & came in under the estimate. I am very happy with the results & will definitely hire Julio again for any remodeling or home repair I may need in the future."

"R.I.A. was hired based on their Angi listing, Angi reviews, their website, the prejob interviews and estimate comparison with 3 other bids. Also they are right here in Clearwater, FL. The project was replacing rotten T1-11 wood panels on an upper right gable of my townhouse along with some cedar trim, fascia and soffit. I started out thinking of using fiber cement siding but I had to match exactly the materials on the other townhouses in the development. Because I couldn't make up my mind about what I wanted to do Ivan had to come out twice to estimate the same job. Thank you Ivan for doing that. It paid off because I hired him. Once I gave the go ahead they didn't waste any time; the crew started work within about a week. I was concerned about some forecast rain damaging the brand new T1-11 panels so the crew worked around that and did the soffit and fascia first and the panels and trim the day after the rain (a little rain probably wouldn't have hurt the bare panels, but I got no argument from the R.I.A. crew; they ARE out to please the customer). I was concerned about the new wood panels lasting over time so they added some flashing that wasn't done by the last contractor and also shimmed the bottom of the panels up off of the roof line to my satisfaction. Even though they were not doing any painting they did do some caulking. The crew of two got a good start each of the two mornings, worked hard, efficiently (I don't think they took a lunch break) and knew what they were doing. Also I watched them do most of the work and the crew leader was a friendly guy. All the wood panels and trim pieces were fit in very nicely. They cleaned up as expected and I have no complaints. I would use them again. They did give the senior 5% discount and listed what is in their warranty. Working with this contractor was a good experience."

"Mikalai expertly repaired extensive areas of head-to-reach wood trim and fascia on the exterior of our 35-year-old house. Some of the trim required highly skilled craftsmanship. When finished, the woodwork looked seamless and like-new. The complex external crown-like molding (cornice) matched perfectly. I can highly recommend him."

"Above and beyond service. You can't even tell the repair was needed. Highly recommend"

"I couldn't be happier with the price and the work. The team was on time both for the estimation process and work. They looked at everything I thought needed to be done, and pointed out areas that did not need repairs, meaning that their proposal was significantly lower than other bids, and then, when they came, they actually repaired a couple of items that weren't quoted. All in all a great experience."

"I called Rickey based on the many reviews on HomeAdvisor in which his clients stated that once they hired him, they never hired anyone else. I now count myself among that group! First, he actually answered the phone when I called the first time. My main project was to repair tile that was falling down in my guest bathroom. I also had some other handyman projects. Rickey talked me through everything and even suggested I stop by Floor & Decor to pick out some tile as they were having a sale. He recommended I focus on less expensive tile for the main work and add in decorative glass tile for a special touch. It would save me money and look great (he was right!). When he came by to take a look at everything and give me his quote, he didn't try to up sell me on anything. Once the work began, both him and his colleague Chad were on time, professional and paid attention to every detail. I ended up having them do quite a bit of projects around my home during the four days they were there. Rickey didn't even charge me for most of the repairs they made. I am happy to have found Rickey. My handyman for life! You won't regret calling him."
