"Rocky was so professional. Had a tricky problem with the way my dishwasher was originally installed (before I bought the home) but he solved the problem. Great communications. Reliable and on time. He's definitely the person I will call in the future for any appliance repair or advice."

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"They were on time, courteous and knowledgeable about the repair needed. They were able to repair in about an hour and fridge is working properly again! Very nice guys!"
