Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Other vendors tried to give us the "if you sign today" routines however Don was patient with our many questions due to the size of the investment. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Had never seen the CrimSafe screens we were somewhat reluctant to purchase without seeing them. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. Bill the owner of the business came out to our house and came up with a drawling on putting up a pan roof on our house right on the spot when no other contractor (5 of them) I had out could figure out how to build it across our whole patio due to the angles on our house he is extremely knowledgeable. He showed up when he said he would and His employees showed up every day till job was finished they cleaned up everything in yard and patio when done. You could also reach the owner at all times with questions if needed he answers his phone. My husband and I Learned about different types of aluminum in the process ( people don't realize there are differences in aluminum most contractors use the cheapest material) he uses the best aluminum and you can tell the difference from the rest of my patio. Cannot say enough great things about this company had not one issue from beginning to end worth every penny. All I can say is Incredible awesome beautiful job had no clue it would look so great!!!"
