Over the phone I told him I had a newborn so he was nice and called when he was outside instead of ringing the doorbell in case my son was sleeping. For the inspection he showed me pictures of what was wrong and what they would do to fix it. "There are things we didn't like. We wouldn't use them again. In a way, I just didn't think they were that ethical. I would say the roofing job they did was fine. One example is, we had three different prices, they changed their price on us three time. Finally, I sat down and I figured out what they did and everything, I sent them their list of what they did and I said, I'd raise the regional price. I really thought that they didn't say enough the first time around then they raised it too much and when I went step by step over the things they did and the figures, to me, it didn't add up. I think they were charging for things they didn't do. I finally adjusted it ad said, this is what I\ll pay and they agreed to it. There's just something about them. I just didn't have a good feeling with them."

"Our main line backed up into our basement. Total nightmare. The house is 55 years old so no surprise. I called and Anthony came in about 10 minutes because he was close. That was unbelievably awesome. He was able to quickly clear the blockage and all is well. Due to a big old tree and an old line we'll need to replace the sewage line eventually and we know who'll we'll have do it. DTS was fast, polite, effective, and clean- he was concerned about bringing the auger over our old ugly carpet. Highly recommended."

He did a good job. The only thing I did not like about it was that he did not pick up very well after I got done. They left too many nails in my driveway. I had three other people give me a bid and his prices were pretty close to everybody else. He had something that nobody else was offering so that made it easy to pick him. He was very busy so it took about six weeks or two months to get to my house. He had about four other jobs and I guess I did not print out the contract like I was supposed and send it back to him. That was my mistake. Their punctuality was good. They were always there the first thing in the morning. The sun would be coming up and they would stay late. Their professionalism was good. I would recommend them.
