"Wayne provided good, thorough service. Unfortunately the diagnosis was a bad condenser. I did not wish to replace the part at a cost of $1400 for the refrigerator that sits in the garage. He put me in contact with someone who will remove the old one for free and who also has refurbished or scratch/dent appliances that comes with a 1-year warranty. I call that going above and beyond what turned out to be a diagnostic service call. I will keep his name and number for the next time I need appliance repair work."

"The Other Guy appliance repair was able to come out the next day to diagnose our broken dryer. The heating element needed to be replaced and he had the part in his truck so he was able to fix it right then. The dyer is working great now. We were also able to pay with a credit card which made it extra convenient. I'm not sure how much repairs normally cost but it seemed a bit high to me. Though considering the excellent service and punctuality I'd use these guys again"
