He talked me through various possible causes of old, clogged toilets. He didn't try to oversell me, which I really appreciated. Using an auger designed for toilets, he was able to unclog both toilets and tested them thoroughly to be sure they were fully unclogged. My toilets are 35 years old so I was glad that he was able to fix them. The shower had a leaky cartridge. He pulled the old one, which was very stuck, and installed a new one. He tested everything to be sure the leak was gone. He recaulked the areas to prevent further leaks, using quality silicone. He cleaned up everything and left both bathrooms cleaner than they were when he arrived. His rates were very fair. I would definitely use him again and I highly recommend him. "
