They removed an old plastic shower and jacuzzi tub. It was replaced with a large custom tiled step in shower with a wall niche and foot rest, rain shower head and hand held shower wand. The lights were updated and are brighter. My bath is huge now! My kitchen got new countertops and backspash, kitchen sink and faucet. "When I called the office to ask about the product and schedule an appointment, the lady I spoke with was very cordial and businesslike.  She scheduled the appointment and answered the questions I had at that time. We later received a call to confirm our appointment, and the Sales Consultant called to let us know he was on his way to our home. He arrived promptly at the agreed time. After showing him our kitchen and explaining what we wanted done, he shared information about the products, showed us samples, and explained the steps and time frame for completing the work. A few days after the appointment, we received a call from the office informing us of the installation date.  We also received a detailed letter explaining the process and giving instruction on what we needed to do. Someone came to measure the area for the  template.  A few days later the countertops were installed. The next day the tile backsplashes and plumbing were done. This completed the process. The installers were punctual and very pleasant.  They did quality work and left the area clean upon completion. This project really enhanced our kitchen. Granite Transformations did an excellent job! We were especially pleased with the quality of the products, their professionalism and communication with the customer, the well-structured plan of action, and the quickness and thoroughness in completing the project. We had a wonderful experience with Granite Transformations and will use them again on other projects we may have in the future."

"I contracted Tristar Avenue to do a full kitchen remodel, replace all flooring in my home, install some rails, and paint some walls. TJ Burk (the Owner) and his team were an absolute dream to work with from start to finish. In the beginning I was very unsure of the exact work I wanted done. TJ took a consultative approach and listened to what I wanted and even helped make suggestions on what would be possible and look best in the space. He provided multiple quotes so that I had options to decide on a budget that I felt most comfortable with. He was patient while I went back and forth with my bank on funds, he provided resources and advice during the selection process, and once the project began I had a clear understanding of the schedule and was updated often on progress. His in house contractor who was at my house for the majority of the remodel is top knotch. He was polite, professional, friendly, and just a beast of a worker. He got things done in a timely fashion and he paid attention to details (so much so the outcome far exceeded my expectations.) I encountered many subs throughout the process (cabinet installers, appliance installers, plumbers, a team who installed the rails, and final cleaners). Each one was just as good as the last - they were all prompt, professional, courteous, and did an amazing job. The thing about Tristar Avenue that sets them apart from any other contractor Iâ ve ever encountered is their determination to go above and beyond for their clients. Just one example of this is at some point nearing the end of the project some jerk hit my mailbox - this was not one of the contractors and had absolutely nothing to do with Tristar Avenue. On the last day TJ sent his guys out with a new mailbox that he bought and had them set it up for me because he knew I was having people in town that weekend and he said â first impressions are important.â I know it can be scary hiring a contractor especially for larger projects, but I can assure you youâ re in great hands with this team. 20/10 would recommend and absolutely will be using them again for all future projects!"
